Yes. We provide ongoing website support for businesses using Squarespace and Shopify, covering the day-to-day updates, improvements and creative work that keep your website current and working as it should.
Most of our support clients have had their website designed and built by Studio Creates, which means we already know the brand, setup and business behind it. We can also take on existing Squarespace and Shopify websites following an initial review.

Yes, provided it’s a Squarespace or Shopify website we’re comfortable working with.
We’ll first review how the website has been designed and built, its current setup and any existing issues. If everything gives us a solid foundation to work from, we can discuss bringing you onto ongoing support.
If there are things that need addressing first, we’ll explain what we’ve found and recommend the best way forward before starting a retainer.

Quite a lot. Support can include content and image updates, new pages and landing pages, blogs, product and collection updates, seasonal campaigns, design changes, SEO improvements, redirects, forms, integrations, responsive fixes and general troubleshooting.
We can also help with custom CSS, JavaScript, Shopify functionality and other technical requirements where appropriate, bringing in trusted development specialists if something needs expertise beyond our in-house team.
The exact scope will depend on your website and the support arrangement we agree with you.

You'll have a dedicated project management board where requests, priorities, conversations and progress are kept together.
Individual tasks are allocated against your available retainer time and scheduled into our studio calendar, giving both teams visibility over what needs doing and when we're working on it.
It also means we're not relying on requests disappearing into email threads, messages or somebody's notebook.

Sometimes a request naturally becomes a larger piece of work.
If something requires new strategy, user journeys, substantial design or specialist development, we'll let you know before getting started. We can then scope it separately as a standalone project rather than using up your ongoing support time on something it wasn't intended for.
We'll always discuss that with you first, so there shouldn't be any surprises.

Yes, within the scope of the support we provide.
Retainer clients have ongoing access to our team and we can prioritise genuinely urgent website issues during our normal working hours where possible. We can troubleshoot problems ourselves or bring in specialist technical support where required.
We don't provide 24/7 emergency website monitoring or technical support, but you'll have a team that already knows your website and can get to the problem much faster than starting from scratch with someone new.

Many of our client relationships combine website support with graphic design, email marketing and wider creative requirements, giving you ongoing access to the Studio Creates team rather than finding someone new every time something needs done.
